How to improve your homework scores
How to Improve Your Homework Scores
By: Garrett Cesander
Although many people due not like to admit that they have trouble with homework, millions due. From math problems out of a book, or reading a passage and answering questions on it. People have struggled with homework from grade one to their senior year in college, which can lead to elevated stress and decreased in attentiveness. Some have trouble with individual pieces while others have problems with the entire homework load, which can lead to incomplete homework and suffering in the overall grade department. However, there are plenty of ways to perform on the way you approach your homework which will lead to better homework scores. First off it's in everyone's best interest to keep a journal of all upcoming homework and project due dates. This allows you to make sure there is no possible way you can forget anything due which prevents zeros from going in. Another thing that everyone should try to do is start homework or a project as early as possible because we all know what poor quality stuff we put out the night before a due date. Finishing your homework as early as possible also allows other for peer editing and self evaluation which only can help your grade. Finally my last tip is overlooked often, GO OVER YOUR RUBRIC. People lose so many points on simple mistakes that could have been prevented by just changing your font style or font size. These silly mistakes can separate someone from an A and a B which could eventually lead to a decrease in overall grade. Anyways I hope these tips helped someone out. I have used these steps every time I have had to do work and it normally works out pretty well. I guarantee following these three simple steps will not only help with your homework completion but will eventually lead to better grades and more satisfaction with the results you will receive.

Garret, I strongly agree with you views that millions of people struggle with homework. I common user of an agenda book like you described by keeping a notebook to write down your assignments so you do not forget about anything. Another thing that I really liked about you post was how you talked about using the rubric that your teacher gives you so you can get the most possible points you can. I use a few different tactics myself to get my homework done. First of all I use my syllabus to figure out the dates and times that certain assignments are due. Another thing that I do to get my assignments done is I give myself rewards. For example, I either have candy or a game of NBA 2k 13 waiting for me when I finish my homework assignments. Over homework can be a really annoying thing that college students have to deal with, but it will become a lot easier of you have a good system of getting it done. I liked your wall post.

Garrett, I felt that you gave a lot of good advice on how to improve homework grades. I always like to keep a record of some kind on what my assignments are, and this has helped me for many years. I only wish that I would start my projects earlier and not procrastinate so much.
