Erin Dice

Hi my name is Erin and I am nineteen years old. My hometown is Ashburn, Virginia. Ashburn is located in Northern Virginia, about thirty-minutes away from Washington D.C.

 I work at a grocery store called Harris Teeter that is ten minutes away from where I live. I like working at Harris Teeter because you get great pay and the job is really fun and easy. I am a freshman at Nichols College and I live in Shamie Hall. I am majoring in the Criminal Justice Program and minoring in Psychology. I would one day like to work in the FBI. I play hockey at Nichols College and I really enjoy playing witht the girls here. The Pittsburgh Penguins are my favorite hockey team; as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers. In my spare time I like to go shopping at the Leesburg Outlets near my house. My favorite place to eat is Chipotle and Panera and in my spare time I like to go running and workout.

What I hope to gain from Digital Applications is the learning of word, excel, powerpoint, and other useful tools. I hope to go more in depth with these tools and become extremely knowledgeable so I can one day use them in the work environment. Technology is changing everyday, and with this class, I will gain knowledge that will be needed in my future.

I like to find new ways to do my hair and makeup. I use a blog called The Beauty Department in order to find new ideas and creative ways to do things. In this blog it shows you how to try new nail designs and how to do you hair differently without spending a lot of money in the process. They also give you step by step tutorials and videos which are very fun and creative. You can also find the Beauty Department on Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
